We accept orders as few as 10 items per design. We are set up to meet the needs of individuals and groups in a variety of ways. We realize this may not always be what your needs are for just a few garments.

Our standard turnaround time is about 10business days, though we try to complete your job faster. Day 1 of production begins the day following the business day we have all the information we need to complete the job. Our turnaround time varies depending on our workload at the time of your order. We work hard to exceed the deadline for each and every order.

If you have a specific date you need your order in your hands, make sure you let us know. If you provide your own shirts, your order is not officially placed until we have your shirts in our shop and artwork has been submitted. National Holidays do affect turnaround times

Specialty items like jackets, bandanas, tote bags, small towels, and other fabrics are subject to approval. Most of these items we can do and have done many times with great results. However, some items are not meant to be screen printed.

We carry many brands such as American Apparel, Alternative Apparel, Anvil, A4, Bella+Canvas, Champion, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Hanes, Jerzees, Next Level, Tultex, and many many more. We carry many of the brands we believe to be the best in store that you may see samples of. We also have real shirt color swatches to view as well.

We print on fronts, backs, and sleeves of items. Let us know what you have in mind though and we will do what we can to make it work for you. We do not offer printing over zippers or seams for the print quality can be inconsistent.

We can print on infant, toddler, and youth size garments. We can also get Tall size shirts and extended sized garments. Keep in mind that some brands may not offer your desired size. We’ll help find one that can fit your needs.

We can print 5 colors maximum, but in some cases we can do more.

Our max print area is up to 12.5 x 15″ for front or back of shirts. Other imprint locations vary by item.

We use a variety of inks to closely match your artwork. Please keep in mind that computer screen colors can range from monitor to monitor, it is recommended to pick out ink colors in the shop.

If you need a specific pantone color for your shirts, please let us know with your order information, there is a charge per pantone color. We can also eye mix pantone colors to our best ability.

Please provide artwork via email attachment to info@risingmoonapparel.com. Please either make the art the size you would like it printed or let us know what size you would like. Please also be sure that the art is created and provided at a high resolution. The better we receive the file, the better it is going to look on your shirts. Vector files are preferred. We can also use ai, .psd, .png, .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg., pdf, .eps files.

If the photo is of high quality, we can often print a realistic screen print of it by making the image black and white and then printing it using a half tone dots. A percentage of various dot sizes and shapes of dots shows the shading of black and white photographs on the shirt. If you are confused, we have samples in the store of what this looks like

We can offer simple design creation of text and some images. We can also cleaning up art files that are almost ready for print. It is recommended to provide vector artwork files if available. We can recreate files if need be, but there may be variances between the original file and recreated file.

Yes. Different shirt colors are ok. If the imprint remains the same we can do it and honor the quantity pricing. If we need to change ink colors for a given imprint, an ink change charge of $10 will apply.

Payments are made upon pick up. We can take accept payments of:

Credit Cards: Card must be present in store. We do not save card numbers.

Checks: Please make checks payable to Rising Moon. Be aware that for jobs paid via check are not cashed immediately. Checks may take a few days to process through our system.
